The service is led by a Clinical Continence Specialist Nurse with 19 years of nursing experience, including 10 years dedicated to continence assessment, education, and management.
At Restore Continence Hobart, we provide comprehensive continence assessments, personalised consultations, follow-up reviews, and individualised bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor management care tailored to each person’s goals and needs.

Meet Your Continence Specialist
Roxana is a registered nurse with 19 years of nursing experience and 10 years of experience and specialisation in continence care. She is passionate about supporting adults to better understand their bladder and bowel health and providing practical, evidence-based strategies to improve confidence, independence, and quality of life.
Through her experience working across community continence services, Roxana has supported people with a wide range of continence concerns, including urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, constipation, catheter management, pelvic floor concerns, and complex continence needs.
Her approach is centred on providing respectful, individualised care that recognises each person’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle. She works collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop practical management plans that support better outcomes.
Roxana provides in-clinic, community-based continence consultations, helping clients access specialist nursing support in a comfortable and accessible environment.

Important Information
Restore Continence Hobart is a private, nurse-led specialist continence service currently operating out of Complete Independence Rosny.
As a new specialist service, appointment availability is currently limited, with plans to expand in the near future to support more clients within the community.
Our current in-clinic operating hours are: Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

New Patient Assessment & Consultation $220
Duration: 1.5 hours
A comprehensive continence assessment to understand your bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor concerns and develop an individualised management plan.
Follow Up Consultation & Review $140
Duration: 1 hour
A review appointment to monitor progress, adjust your care plan, and provide ongoing support and education.
