Restore Continence Hobart is a nurse-led Clinical Continence Service.
We provide comprehensive continence assessments, personalised consultations, follow-up reviews, and individualised bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor management care tailored to each person’s goals and needs.
Our approach is centred on listening, understanding your concerns, and working collaboratively with you to develop practical strategies that improve confidence, independence, and quality of life.

Important Information
As a new specialist service, appointment availability is currently limited, with plans to expand in the near future to support more clients within the community.
Our current in-clinic operating hours are: Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Restore Continence Hobart is a private, nurse-led specialist continence service located at Complete Independence Rosny Park - 5/8 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park, TAS 7018.
*No MEDICARE or Private Health Insurance Rebates
Please note that in Australia, standalone appointments with a Clinical Nurse Specialist do not qualify for MEDICARE or Private Health Insurance rebates.
NDIS & My Aged Care Funding
At Restore Continence Hobart, we do not conduct official NDIS access or eligibility assessments; however, we can provide Continence Nurse Services for participants who already have approved NDIS funding.
We provide specialised Continence Nurse services for older Australians accessing support through the government's My Aged Care system, working closely with your care manager and package provider.

Duration: 1.5 hours
A comprehensive continence assessment to understand your bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor concerns and develop an individualised management plan.
Follow Up Consultation & Review $140
Duration: 1 hour
A review appointment to monitor progress, adjust your care plan, and provide ongoing support and education.

Meet Your Continence Specialist
Roxana is a registered nurse with 19 years of nursing experience and 10 years of experience and specialisation in continence care. She is passionate about supporting adults to better understand their bladder and bowel health and providing practical, evidence-based strategies to improve confidence, independence, and quality of life.
Through her experience working across community continence services, Roxana has supported people with a wide range of continence concerns, including urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, constipation, catheter management, pelvic floor concerns, and complex continence needs.
Her approach is centred on providing respectful, individualised care that recognises each person’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle. She works collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop practical management plans that support better outcomes.
Roxana provides in-clinic, community-based continence consultations, helping clients access specialist nursing support in a comfortable and accessible environment.
